Apparently, this is an outside air intake and exhaust tube hooked to the airspeed indicator. The purpose is for the outside air temperature to adjust the airspeed indicator for temperature...

Textron parts manual
Don't mean to be obvious, but go to the Textron website and download the model-specific parts manual. Parts are 20 bucks or so for both actuators. It's just replacing o-rings and a few other minor...

Please let us know the resolution to the uplock issue. I once had a squealing noise at altitude above the pressurization setting ..... turned out to be a gasket not sealing on the front inspection...
