not a static port

Apparently, this is an outside air intake and exhaust tube hooked to the airspeed indicator. The purpose is for the outside air temperature to adjust the airspeed indicator for temperature compensation. Cudos to the Cessna Skymaster Facebook group for the help on identifying its purpose.
