Sump tank leak

I do not have a panel above the sump tank...... the only access panel is on the aux tank. Am I missing something?

Looks like aux tank needs to be removed to get to the sump tank.
Here are some photos of the cover removed and applicable pages from service manual.
Pick up a service manual they are very helpful.
