Yeah, it was an option. A friend bought a '67 "B" model, N8314G and it had the camera hole option. You're not going to find a pressurized model, it would compromise the pressure vessel. Well, OK, it wasn't an option, but a service kit that could be installed later, but it had all Cessna built parts.
