Finally got started
We finally got started, I should begin at the start, hangar door frozen shut, tow unit had flat tire, battery in plane dead, got a back engine started, then couldn't get front, finally got front started after 15 minutes.
I got underway and ran into 40kt headwinds. About 1pm landed in OSU in Ohio for lunch, went to Grimes for fuel @ 2.20 a gallon vs 3.06 at OSU. We then flew down to Batavia and Sproty's. We make it back to GAI in 1:40 around 5pm. All in all had a great day, sorry we didn't make it to see you guys. Rick
