It's going to be really difficult to find a DPE for CLT and this is why I have suggested to go get your AMEL rating in a standard twin engine aircraft. This can be done at almost any medium sized flight school. Then you're good to go. The only requirement would be to meet the insurance needs by flying with a qualified Skymaster CFI or mentored by a Skymaster pilot.

I understand that there are some out there that don't want a standard twin rating and just want to seek the CLT limitation. I can appreciate that all the VMC isn't needed for what you desire to do but the market is not going to be very friendly for the CLT only rating, if not pretty much impossible. Pull teeth or just brush up for the AMEL transition
