Call them because based on Aircraft Spruce web site the 310 and Skymaster use the same ground support type tow bar. It may work on the 337 if it is made for the 310. Have you ever used one of these? Just by looking at it I would say it is marginal especially in wet conditions. But I have never used that particular unit. The idea that it is small and portable is nice. I have one of the Deluxe tow bars that pulls apart and as long as I am on hard surface I can move the plane around. But it's a lug some times.
