Well, it's official. Nobody, but nobody, makes wingtips with landing lights built in for 337G's. Looks like I am going to stay with the two lights in the cowl...at least I'll change them to HID's and hook them up to the PulseLite system.
On a side note, this weekend I was on my way back home with my other plane (172N) and had the pulsing HID"s on (alternating between wingtips and nose). This is Class D space and we gotta call 11 miles out inbound - just after I told tower I was 11 miles to the west inbound over HWY 55, they said " we have visual". Now, that's cool!!!
