Interesting. I sent the exact same pic to Divco and one of their lead guys told me that they can sleeve the thing and it does repairable.

Just above where the cylinder mates the case. It is the longer black line, running diagonally.
I think that if it is less than 2 inches in length, its good to go. This would be considered in a non-critical area.
