I think you need the garlock seal on the mounting pad for the pump. If oil is coming out of the seal drain, that’s what is leaking. If fuel is coming out you need to have your pump repaired

Look at the connector for the voltage regulator one of the pins has 2 wires on it. One of those is the alt restart. I’ve had that connection get janked up and cause problems
