I do similar analysis.

I'm not seeing the all the rear odd CHTs being hot (300-350F). I see rear CHT1 is consistently 50F less than all the other rear CHTs. Are all the rear CHT probes the same? If the rear CHT1 probe is connected to both the engine monitor and the CHT gauge on the panel, that's why it reads low.

You're right, it could be as simple as a baffle positioned to the wrong (low pressure) side of the plenum. We've found this frequently following maintenance.
