There are intercoolers that cool the pressurized output air somewhat before it enters the cabin. There are levers that allow these intercoolers to be bypassed, which makes the output air much warmer. This is used to warm the cabin. If this heat is insufficient, there is a gas-fired heater that can add additional warmth to the cabin. Living in Texas, heating is far less of issue than cooling. I don't have AC on my P337H so I don't fly pressurized much below 10K unless its a cold day. Pressurization may be engaged during flight, so once I'm high enough in cool air, I'll pressurize the cabin.
