considering selling my 337

I've been contemplating selling my 1974 C337G. I am changing jobs before the years end and need to sell the plane.

My 337 has a 275 hour front engine, 1790 hour rear engine. Garmin package includes GNS530, GDL-69 XM weather, GTX-330 transponder that shows traffic on the 530, Garmin GMA340 audio panel, KX-155 w/glideslope, Shadin FF, Shadin Altitude Alerter, 400A Autopilot.

New windshield, new interior. A&P/IA owned. Airplane is set up for cargo pod (one was previously installed)

Airplane is priced at $70,000 for SOAPA members.

Looks nice except for the high time on the rear engine. What are the most recent cylinder compressions and annual status? What is the TBO on the engine? Where is the airplane located? How much were you looking to get out of it?
Rick
