Motor polarity
Cessna used similar motors for other things.
Sometimes their polarity different. I bought two motors same size shape, for some other Cessna, new in box (from 1970?), and they ran the opposite direction. Swap polarity, good to go! Similar w 337 flap motor. Same motor was used on 400 series cowl flaps.
