Just got this notification from Transport Canada about exhaust-type heat exchangers

Yes be sure to inspect, disassemble the exchangers. Darndest thing: recently opened up the heat exchangers worried something had gone down the scat tubing during maintenance. Found a small pair of pliers had dropped in some time in the past and were on their way to wearing a hole in the heat exchanger.
