I have attached the relevant pages from TCM fuel pump rebuild manual I had previously found on a Beech Owners website. Open PDF.

For the seal, I looked it up and seems aircraft spruce has it in stock! Learn something every day!

But, if that rubber wore out, something else in the pump might be at end of life as well. At least changing the seal could get you home.

I think you need the garlock seal on the mounting pad for the pump. If oil is coming out of the seal drain, that’s what is leaking. If fuel is coming out you need to have your pump repaired
