Thumbs down Light Twin Takeoff Control and Performance Briefing

Hello.
I just saw this chart produced by the FAA. (Attached) Can any OR ALL of you suggest if this is a good thing for me learn and use? I'm wondering if all the statements, at the bottom, are appropriate to Skymaster, ie, the second one? As usual I great appreciate your help/comments.
