I require Aircraft with AUW more than 6000Kg

Hi,
I am interested to buy an aircraft which is powered by Turbo Jet Or a turbofan engines and whose AUW is more than 6000 Kg and has crossed design economic life. Aircraft serviceability as far as airframes and engines is concern is not an issue but Avionics to some extent should be serviceable. There is no harm if I get a serviceable aircraft of such kind.
Let me know about the stuff And definitely I will going to get that.
