P337 vs P377 Riley

I'm a mooney M20K driver who needs more space, wants 2 engines and pressurization.

After researching this site (great by the way!) and anything else I can read on 337's .

I'm now looking to aquire a P337 1976 or newer with de-ice, mid to low time enigines (I live in SW Michigan)

The questions are:

1. Value ( speed and maintenance) of a Riley conversion. In the market place it appears on ave. a 40 - 60 k upcharge over same year and equipped P337. I don't mind spending the additional $$ if it saves in maint. and there is a performance advantage.

2. Intercoolers - needed? On my little mooney it helps performance at altitudes.

Thank you in advance for your input,
Ken

Hey, I'm in GRR (soon to be at 4N0), Herb Harney is at GRR, and Jerry is in BTL

Come to PWA, have a good time, get all the answers.
(that's all I can say, because mine is not pressurized or turbo charged)

Great.
I hope to see you there.
You'll get to see a variety of aircraft, and talk to people who can really answer your questions.

Plus, it's only a few weeks away.
