The President will be traveling to Cuba and this presents an ideal opportunity to seek justice for the murder of Carlos Costa, Armando Alejandre, Jr., Mario de la Pena, and Pablo Morales -- four Americans who were shot down and killed in cold blood twenty-five years ago, in 1996.

It is the least we can all do in their memory -- 25 years ago, I lost four friends. A warrant is outstanding for the killers, who are harbored and protected by Cuba to this day. The President should renew the request that they be extradited and stand trial. Justice is overdue.
