Yeah, inquiring minds want to know. I'm still game for Sept 12-13 weekend flying in, social distance, masks and so on. But is it a go or a no go?

I talked to Rex Damschroder the airport owner and he said it would probably be cancelled. I’ll ask him again on Saturday when I’m over there.

The 2020 Skymaster Fly-In @ Fremont airport has been officially canceled. We'll try to reschedule for the summer of 2021.

Twin Cessna group had a nice fly-in in July - Masks optional (as they should be, IMHO) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kWhG...ature=youtu.be

If they can do it, why can't we???

Just be certain the host city has no "mask mandate". Where I live in Texas, we have no mask requirements. County Atty even put out a notice that even if the Gov. tried to do a state-wide mask mandate, that he would refuse to prosecute any "violators".

So there are still enclaves of Freedom and common sense out there that we can take advantage of for a fly-in!

We can’t have it because the airport owner / host does not want to have it.
