Cessna 336 autopilot, what are the chances.

89 year old NASA engineer estate sale is coming up and on it is his C336.

I am told that it is primarily original equipment.

My first question is would it have an autopilot?

Second question, what would the original radio equipment be? Just guessing.

Thanks for indulging me.

Might have an autopilot, might not. ARC radios and autopilots from Cessna were pretty standard from the sixties and seventies. Though without actually seeing the plane or at least an equipment list it's all speculation.

At least with a 336 you wouldn't have to worry about stale seals in the retract system. Are you looking at buying it for yourself?

Cautiously looking...

Trying to just see it or get a list of equipment. Preferably see it and the logs..

Yes... would like to find something new for the hangar.

I will keep everyone posted..
