Engine oil on prop blades front & rear

Removed the props for some maintenance on the plane.
They sat on top of 5 gal buckets with studs pointed down for about 6 months.
Before they were reinstalled, the inner o ring (a1633-3) on each was replaced and props/crank were desludged with mineral spirits.
After reinstallation, the props now have eng oil (not red) on the roots of the prop blades on front and rear.
Any ideas as to why this is happening? Have run about 15 hours since reinstallation and still happening.

Today i put some duct tape where the prop flange meets the crankshaft.
After doing that i did a run up and no more oil on the prop.
I do remember when seating the new inner mounting ring (a1633-3) id did seem a little small but it is the correct part number. Also the correct thickness, i measured before installing (100 micron)
Next step is to remove both props and replace the ring again. Fingers crossed.

Was just looking. Manufacturer application chart for 337’s lists D2AF34 various. You have in your post D2AP34 model.

Service manual says definitely look at o ring in this situation. Also, isn’t there a second large o ring (possibly A1633-9)?
