speed 305 knts// a record

Best I have done was 245 knts on the way down to MCO at 18kft. Thought that was high. Wow 300+.......

Also came back with 120knt crosswind. When the control asked me to change direction I asked "do you want positive or negative groundspeed ;>). He modified the side trip......
hope you took some digital pictures for posterity.

You will tell us the return avg. gnd speed right ?

I didn' t know the meter would go that high.

I'll let you know what the return avg is, but I can tell you now, I am VERY glad I was not westbound on those days...

talking ground speed as you were. MY Airspeed was at the top of the green nudging yellow.
