RCA Radar Unit
Hi everyone. I just purchased a pod mount radr unit for my '73 P337. The radar itself is a RCA digital unit. I know it all works because I seen it when it was on the previous plane. Problem is that as typical, when they removed the unit from the damaged plane they cut the wiring harness. You can guess my problem. Does anyone out there with a radar unit like mine have any installation manuals? I have the Cessna Avionics install book but they only show the wiring for the Bendix radar unit.

No, but, try MayDay Electronics, in GRR. They have replaced/repaired mine, and may be able to help... Really knowledgeable staff.
Also, try Superskyrocket. Mary Ann said they did an install once, huge job. Last, but not least, Try Essco, they seem to have all kinds of manuals. Oh, enjoy. I have never flown with radar until we got our skymaster, and now I wouldn't consider flying with out.
