Service manuals, letters, bulletins for 337 and more

Hi folks,
Been a while, but I've got a new problem I need help with. We own a small flight school and air-taxi operation in B.C., Canada and operate C337, C172, and C182 aircraft. We have recently switched maintenance facilities and will now need our own access to Cessna service manuals, letters, and bulletins, as well as those for Lycoming, Continental, and McCauley. I have been told that by joining the Cessna Pilot's Association, you get access to these publications. Anyone here have any experience with that association who can verify this for me? Does anyone have any suggestions as to a somewhat economical way to secure access to these documents short of buying hard copies and getting an ammendment subscription annually for them? That last option has a price-tag over $2500!!! What do you all suggest?
