Question Value of IO360-C/D plus props?

What is the going price for a mid-time IO360C and D (Front and rear)? Plus the props? Is the "D" worth more than the "C"? Value of props?

VAR Crankshafts

One thing to be mindful of is the crankshafts in the engines. A "VAR" crank is what you want. Otherwise, as I understand, the crank must be replaced at overhaul. Pretty sure it would be valued a lot less without the VAR crank.

$30k???

Well another member just posted the exact same items for sale, except they ARE NOT VAR CRANKS (these are), and the engines are beyond TBO (these are mid-time). His props have about 1600 on them as well. He's asking $30k for the set (both engines and props).

I will not comment on my opinion of his pricing, but it is one additional data point to consider.

My engines are Io360gs but I think that is just different accessory case and props are new style not the old screw in blade plus all the engine instruments. My 30k was a feeler to see what people think and can make offers. My old engines run so well I may overhaul them and put them on experimental projects I’m going to start soon. I popped some accessories off the others day, I can’t believe how beautiful all the gears are, these have been on since 89-90.
