I'm unable to find the historical info on the NTSB site directly. Aviationdb.net makes it a bit easier so that's where I've gone for quick lookups. There they show a minor from '78 for 33701640. Might want to contact them if they have misleading info.

Thanks for pointing this error out. I'll give them a shout and see if I can have them remove this as there is nothing in my log books showing anything remotely similar. Cheers.
