Fuel Indications capacitance system

Hello all

Getting into repairing my wiring for the fuel indication system in my 74P model. Getting a test box on the way, what do you all think of this wiring black spot, and how would you fix it?

I am also not paying 250 for each gasket, which will be 4, I am making them out of Viton.
