Tazmo

I need a minor repair on my Stec-30 autopilot and I live in the Northwest-

Would someone recommend a avionic shop that would treat me fairly and do the minor repair without wanting to to do an overhaul.

Thanks

Try American Avionics on King County Airport. If they can't do it they can tell you who can. Great bunch over there at American.

You can't do better than Sven and his gang at Inter Avionic in Pasco. However I think there is no field repairing on STEC stuff. You pull the offending part, send it in, and get it back 6 weeks later. I have six of the units and they are pretty bulletproof, however, everything breaks.

Best,

Ed
