I have owned the aircraft since 1999 strictly for family use.
Usefull load is 1400 pounds
With full fuel (6 hrs cruise at 140 kts TAS and landing with 20 gallons) the payload is 632 pounds.
With 1000 lbs of payload endurrance is 3 hrs at 18 GPH/140 kts TAS landing with 45 mins fuel.

I have owned the aircraft since 1999 strictly for family use.
This is an aircraft that has had all the work done, offers exceptional safety ,performance and reliabilty.
Selling aicraft only to purchase something bigger.
