Skytec Starter for sale - $150

All:

I have a new never used Skytec lightweight starter for sale. I had purchased it to replace my failing starter, but my mechanic said he did not recommend using it since my starter adapter was old and was an old style one. He only would recommend that starter for a new style adapter or one that was recently rebuilt.

After moving hangers, I have been unable to locate the paperwork that came with it. However, it is new and never been used.

What is the model number of the starter?

Yes, it is a CS24ST5. The current one with the solenoid to disengage the unit from the starter adapter.
