Finally a part number

I finally think I know what I need. P/N 646220 or Continental calls specifically for 646220-A51. Does the A 51 matter? I plan on calling TCM in the AM with my serial number(engine) and asking. Any help greatly appreciated,

I just had my front engine overhauled at Poplar Grove Airmotive in Poplar Grove, IL. They overhauled my starter adapter as part of the engine overhaul. You may want to give them a call.

I also had both of my starter adapters overhauled 15 years ago by an outfit in Canada. I do not have the company name off hand but when I return home later today, I think I can come up with it. I believe they are still around and fairly well known. I'll post it later today.

Niagara Air Parts is the Canadian outfit that overhauled my starter adapters years ago. As I said, Poplar Grove just did my front one but the rear one is still going strong.

Good Luck,
