R/Stol installation time?

Considering buying a used RSTOL kit already extracted from the original wings. Any idea how long the installation time is for these? Assume we have a complete set of parts, and can find a shop with rstol experience (and hopefully some install documentation). Could end up being a bad assumption, perhaps, but ...

Thanks.

STOL kit

If it is a Horton I have one I just bought in the box can email the install instructions or if office max can copy this large paper can get full sized install with the template. I have not removed parts from box. Hope to install next month.

What about the STC? If you are not the original owner you have to go to the STC holder to buy the STC paperwork

I am very interested in purchasing a Horton STOL kit - I've talked to them about it. i would be very interested in seeing the instructions and getting your opinion about the install. Thanks, Greg

Thumbs up R/Stol installation time?

Herb/ALL. Horton STOL company are REALLY great people. I had the original long wing tips, I hated those, so I called them and the guy which designed/manufactured the kit told me and sent paperwork to change to the modified concave wing tips, like the one on the C210s included was the Cessna part number. As easy as the guy was I'm sure they would sent the STC paperwork without purchasing it?

I talked to someone the other day who's done several Horton installs recently. He said it was about as "no big deal" as any STC gets.
