Question New fuel strainer inspection?

Hello ALL.
Has anyone performed the new fuel strainer inspection? After reading the Service Letter MEL-28-02, it sounds like it the newly produced fuel strainer are suspect? Any thoughts?
Thanks, BILLS

My shop disassembles mine at every annual. They have periodically had to clean them up and did indicate that I may need to replace at some point but so far so good. My most recent annual was August 2022.

SteveG is an unknown quantity at this point
This is not an "inspection" per se but rather a replacement of defective parts. The language of the S.B. is not clear but it appears that the affected part numbers were manufactured after 5/20/2019. Probably not much of an issue for U.S. Part 91 operators unless it becomes an A.D., which seems unlikely, but for exUS operators some unknown few may be purchasing new fuel bowls soon. Edit for prices: Aeroval - $1855, Airpower - $912, Yingling - $917, McFarlane - $190. $1855 ??? OK, That seems fair!
I suppose all the salvage yards are now scrambling to revise their asking prices.

Would someone be kind enough to post MEL 28-02 to the board?
