Adventure Aviation at Las Cruces, NM (KLRU, 122.7, AWOS, 119.025) makes a good fuel stop when coming or going to/from So.Cal. Fuel prices keep creeping up but are still not bad for the area. They are Skymaster friendly, having owned and operated one until an accident last year. They say they are currently looking for another. The cafe in the FBO serves the best breakfast within 200 miles and the other meals are good, too.
