Gear Up landing

Today I witnessed a forgot to put the gear down moment on a 182RG. The owner decided to lift the plane with a excavator and 4 in wide lifting straps. The operation was successful in getting the plane on the gear, but damaged the tail section. How is the best way to get a skymaster back up and on its gear or a dolly without destroying the airframe? Lift by attaching at each engine d-ring bracket and use a spreader bar. A comment on any thoughts or experience would be helpful. I hope this never happens to anyone, but it would be nice to have a backup plan. Thanks, Joe S
