Anyone else thinking of installing dual garmin g5 units? At SNF, looking at options.

I think I may have been one of the first to fit a G5 in a Skymaster.
John Kennedy then followed suit very soon afterwards.

Absolutely love the thing. If I didn't have an HSI i would consider fitting a second one. The current toss up you gotta make is the dual G5, or the new Aspen E5.
Price is pretty similar.

Lets see pics of what you decide to go to..

Same but opposite. I have a 400A autopilot. The G5 autopilot adapter WILL NOT currently drive the 400A...it will do the 400B/400IFCS/800IFCS and 1000IFCS. So, until they rectify that I can't turf my vacuum DG and AI.
