Check your seal now as I see you are referring to the Reims Pressurized Skymaster
If it is not inflatable then the manual inflatable seal should be a good option I have one on my NA Skymaster with one door (not clamshell door) and it works great

Hi Alainb,
I also have a (Reims) Pressurized Skymaster. Our seals inflate with cabin pressure, once the cabin starts to pressurize. If your seal is repairable, there are instructions for repair in Chapter 16, Section 37 of the Maintenance Manual. Hope this helps. Rick
