My brother-in-law is also looking for one and has seen numerous ones on the Trade-a-Plane website. Also check ASO. While I'm not personally familiar with each bird in that price range, I have run the avionics and engine, prop, and airframe times through the valuators (both Vref and the one one TAP), they appear to be fairly, if not cheaply, priced.
