The answer is yes; boots were an option on turbocharged airplanes. None of the boot-equipped airplanes are certified for flight in known icing conditions (FIKI). Not sure if that will matter in your country or not.

I think, in general, turbocharged airplanes are almost a unicorn. I was looking for one; I didn't want a pressurized airplane; the few I found were in "well spent" condition with proud price tags.

Hello

Thanks for you reply.
I own now a U206G non turbo and no presu.

I am looking for a 337 as I love them. As I fly often from Switzerland to Sardegna or Corsica, I need to pass the Alps. With my 206 I fly ease at 13'500 feet and all is fine ... But if I could choose the perfect combination would be a

c337 after 1973 model
turbo
Stole kit
D ice

I know it is hard to find... stole kit can be added or VG's works also (In sardegna I land in a 550 m fields) but turbo and d ice have to be original.

The reason why I am looking for a non presu is mainly because of the gross weight... here in Europe more than 4'400 lbs planes pay a taxe on each ifr and vfr flight .

I do not think is it possible to add a d ice system ?

So your is a turbo d ice non presu ?

I am visiting 2 Reims FTB337G turbo ... very nice and low time but as I said without d ice...

I will probably do a compromise... on it and stay out of the clouds

The Skymaster you’re looking for is a T337H. Cessna only built like 38 of them. We owned 5 at one time and I think airscan had 14. We just sold our last 4 two weeks ago. One of ours did have boots but we removed them. The others were plumbed for boots

No, mine is a normally aspirated airplane. I gave up looking for a TC model.

Yeah, means "everyone says they are out there, but in reality, they probably don't exist."
