Spousal Market Study - Initial result

Good News!

Having now flown from Washington DC to Kissimmee and Venice FL on two trips, I then asked my wife,

"With those trips to FL, next time would you prefer the skymaster or commercial?"

We can afford B or 1st.
But, I don't need to prove my 'status' to myself or anyone else.
The first billionaire I met drove a Toyota Corolla.

And I can't rationalize paying $$$$ more for a few hours of knee room.
Maybe if they start depressurizing the coach seats I will step up.
On long overseas business flights, 6-15+ hours, sure, okay.

Drumroll.....

She replied, "The skymaster."

She added, "Flying commercial is has become just incredibly '... icky'. I always want to take a shower after landing."

"I'm also getting ever more uncomfortable with all the near misses, doors blowing off, etc."

I'd call that a win for Skymasterdom!

---

BTW, I heard a mainline news reporter reporting on the near miss at DCA.

The reporter said with alarm (as they always do), "The two aircraft came within 1,000 ft"

I heard from a pretty reliable source, snorting derisively, "It was more like 50 ft."

=

The optimist would say, "A miss is as good as a mile!"

"The statistical probability of being in an midair is very low"

The pessimist would say, "Maybe next time!"

"While the statistical probabilities are very low,..."

"Some slob(s) always gets to be the statistic."
