You can find all the publications on Textron Aviation's Service Information website. It is free to get access to it, but if I remember, you have to sign some documents, etc, to get set up with a user and password. If you already have access to this, don't search for the exact document number, just type in ME84, and you will get a list of all the ME84 letters, etc, and it will be there.
