Mine though is in too bad a shape for that level repair. The prior owner put a low pile automotive carpet on it with adhesive. Probably the best is to fix the cracks and cover with vinyl….or I’ve seen some of these interior shops and leather…

Aircraft spruce has a vinyl glare shield covering kit but got a bad review.
