Looks like it has every option you can possibly get, with the glaring exception of AIR CONDITIONING. If I'm gonna drop that kind of change, I don't want to be sweating as I fly off.
Did you notice the antique-looking electric fan it had mounted on the rear bulkhead? Definitely an owner add-on.
