Smile power adapter for hyd. pump

wslade2.
I purchased the spline sockets from Sears paid about $40. It comes with about 10 different sized sockets. With Sears all but closed you can check the internet, or get them at Harbor Freight for $10. I know a lot of mechanics don't like HF quality but these socket and what you're about use them for it's fine. I don't remember what size fits the Hyd. pump spline, but you can figure it out. If you buy the HF sockets be sure you pick up a 6"-12" 3/8" extension that you can cut off the female end and install that into a 1/2" variable speed electric drill to turn the hyd. pump. You can buy the drill from HF as well-again quality not great but cheap to do the job! All for about $60.
