We are in the process of restoring the subject airplane with a vision of making it a tribute plane. We are Wings Over the Rockies Air and Space Museum located in Denver, CO.
We were given the plane in bad condition and have spent over 2 years replacing and finishing the interior and the exterior. The plane should be painted over the next month and we will then put the plane together to become a static display.
We are thinking of having a display of the names of all the pilots killed in Vietnam with a ceremony hopefully in July and August to open the display. We would invite the families of these hero pilots and anyone with interest with Cessna O2 337 Warbird.
