This is one I didn't write, but I have used. I don't agree with everything 100%, but it does have standardized maneuvers with detailed instructions.

What don't I agree with? The big one is the approach/final airspeeds. They are WAAAY too fast IMHO. Vso is 60 knots, 1.3 x Vso (normal approach speed) = 78 knots. This training guide calls for 90 knots. When you operate from a short strip like I do, that needless extra speed can get you killed.

Its an editable Word document, so can substitute your own speeds if you wish:
