Engines (two) Stopage In Flight

NOW THAT I HAVE STOPED SHAKING... LAST SUNDAY, RIGHT AFTER TAKE OFF I MADE A CLIMBING TURN TO THE LEFT, AT ABOUT 1800 FT, FRONT ENGINE QUIT FOLLOWED BU THE REAR ENGINE. i COULD NOT GET THE FRONT ENGINE TO RE-START, BUT I WAS ABLE TO RE-START THE REAR (SURGING UP AND DOWN). PUSH THE NOSE BACK TO THE RUNWAY AND MADE BACK TO THE AIRPORT.
1/4 MILE FINAL REAR ENGINE WENT SOUTH FOR GOOD, GOT THE MAINS ROLLING ON THE GRASS AND LANDED FINE.
I TRIED THE BOOSTER PUMPS ON ON THE GROUND AND I HAVE NO FUEL FLOW AT ALL.
I FIGURE THE VENTS ARE PLUGED OR SOME SEVERE JUNK IS THE FUEL.
AIRPLANE JUST CAME OUT OF ANNUAL AND I HAVE FLOWN IT THE WEEK BEFORE.
TIE IT DOWN AND WENT HOME (I WAS SICK FOR TWO DAYS)
EMERGENCY PROCEDURES ARE VERY DIFEERENT WHEN THE REAL DEAL HAPPENS.
