I can fly as slow as 50 - 60 knots with the STOL, but would suggest that the safer speed for loiter is around 75 to 85 especially if you are doing any banking above 15 or 20 degrees. The fuel burn to hold it steady in that configuration is a little higher than cruise since you are headed in and out of the back side of the power curve.
